Subprocessors

Overview
A subprocessor is a third party we engage to process data on our customers' behalf in order to provide the reCore platform. This page lists every subprocessor we currently use. It is short on purpose. We keep the list small deliberately, and we do not use any subprocessor for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.
Current subprocessors

| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing and subscription billing | United States | Billing contact info, subscription and payment metadata. We never receive or store card numbers or bank details. |
| DigitalOcean, LLC | Cloud infrastructure and server hosting | United States | All platform data, encrypted at rest and in transit. This is where the reCore server, database, and file storage run. |
Changes to this list
If we add a new subprocessor or change what an existing one does, we'll update this page and notify customers with a signed Data Processing Addendum in advance of the change taking effect, giving you the opportunity to object per the terms of that agreement.
