Whitelabeled Reports

A certificate your client sees should look like it came from you

You're the one with the client relationship. The certificate of destruction you hand them is proof of your process, not a piece of reCore's marketing. Every certificate and report reCore generates can carry your branding instead.

Your logo, your color
Set once in Settings, applied to every document.

Upload your organization's logo and set your brand color from the dashboard, and both appear on every certificate and report reCore generates from that point on: the header, the accent color, all of it.

There's no per-document setup. Set your branding once, and every technician on every station produces documents that look the same, under your name.

Your own compliance language
Not a generic template.

Certificates carry compliance language explaining what was done and under what standard. reCore ships a default, but many operations already have their own wording, reviewed by legal, matched to a specific client contract, or simply the phrasing their clients expect.

  • Replace the default disclaimer with your own text, organization-wide
  • Applies to every certificate automatically; no editing documents after the fact
  • Change it at any time as your compliance language evolves

Show your brand, not ours
One toggle decides whose name is on the document.

By default, every certificate carries a small seal marking it as processed through reCore. That's useful for some partners and beside the point for others. If your client relationship is with you, not your software vendor, the document should say so.

Turn the seal off and it disappears entirely. What's left is your logo, your color, and your own disclaimer: a certificate that reads as fully yours.
